2. Enrollment fees
Enrollment-related fees apply by grade level. All enrollment fees are non-refundable.

Material fees are annual and cover classroom materials used throughout the year.
3. Tuition deposit
A non-refundable deposit equal to one month’s tuition is required at the time of enrollment. This deposit will be applied to the final month of the child’s contract year. If the student withdraws before completing the full school session, the deposit will be forfeited.
4. Discounts and special rates
- 1) Sibling discount
- 2nd child: 5%. 3rd child: 10%.
- 2) Military and veteran discount
- 5% discount with valid ID (active duty or veteran only). The school's admissions page adds that this discount is for families who do not participate in the Military/DoD Fee Assistance Program.
- 3) Full-time Christian pastor discount
- 5% discount with verification of full-time pastoral employment.
- 4) Pay-in-full bonus
- An additional 5% when the full year’s tuition is paid at registration. This is the only discount that combines with another.

6. Withdrawal policy
Preschool program
- A 30-day written notice must be submitted on or before the first day of the month in which the child will stop attending.
- During the two-week transition period, either the school or the parents may terminate the agreement without further obligation or explanation.
- Tuition will be prorated only during the transition period, based on the actual days attended.
- The tuition deposit is non-refundable, except in the event that the school initiates dismissal.
- The school reserves the right to dismiss a child from new or continued enrollment, for any reason not prohibited by law, if it determines that it cannot adequately meet the needs of the child or family.
Kindergarten and elementary program
- Enrollment in Kindergarten and Elementary is based on an annual contract.
- In the event of early withdrawal, parents/guardians are financially responsible for the full annual tuition, which must be paid in full prior to the child’s last day of attendance.
- The school reserves the right to dismiss a child from new or continued enrollment, for any reason not prohibited by law, if it determines that it cannot adequately meet the needs of the child or family.
- Failure to fulfill the financial obligations outlined in this agreement may result in withholding of student records and/or report cards, as permitted by law.
7. Important notes
- Monthly tuition payments are fixed and equal and are not adjusted for holidays, student absences, teacher in-service days, or school closures due to inclement weather, natural disasters, “Acts of God,” or other unforeseen circumstances that may disrupt normal school operations.
- Tuition is based on annual enrollment and program participation, rather than daily attendance. Therefore, all tuition payments remain due in full regardless of absences or closures.
- Tuition rates are subject to change with prior notice to families.
